Location:Acts as a member of a team and performs duties consistent with quality improvement guidelines to provide hospital aide services, general housekeeping, porterage, and catering duties to patients within the relevant Unit.
The Role: Provide general housekeeping services to the relevant Unit.Provide cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas in accordance with infection control guidelines.Assist nursing staff in the transferring and positioning of patients by manual or mechanical means, in line with manual handling guidelines and legislation and other porterage services to patients as required.Assist patients with aspects of daily living under the direct supervision of the nursing staff.Details of appointment: Permanent, full-time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $60,666 to $63,222 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
