Join our Perioperative Services Team Dynamic & fulfilling role in a supportive team Free parking onsite Busy orthopaedic, general & day procedure lists Permanent part time role - 60 hours/fortnight The Opportunity Our Perioperative Leadership Team are seeking an enthusiastic Theatre Orderly's to join our Peri-Operative Team.
This role will be suitable to a person with some Orderly experience, especially in the Peri-Operative area.
You will work to support our Theatre Teams and VMOs with coordinating patient movement between theatre(s) and Wards as well as managing the turn around and set up of the of the Theatre rooms, this role will be a part of our $40m redevelopment that starts in July and will see our services grow to 7 operating theatres.
About Us Peninsula Private is a 70 bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 3 operating theatres located on the idyllic Redcliffe Peninsula.
Specialties include orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology and internal medicine and the delivery of leading rehabilitation services and programs on the Brisbane northside.
About You You will be a robust person with a sound understanding of a Healthcare environment, preferably in relation to the Peri-Operative area or a willingness to develop this.
You will have an excellent understanding of WH&S, be focused on providing an efficient and safe shift and be able to respond to daily operational changes with a calm and supportive disposition.
