Job Purpose: As a key representative of the company, you will play an integral role in promoting the launch of innovative products. You will engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to demonstrate the clinical and commercial benefits of new products, while fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. These roles will support the business across a defined geographical area and contribute to the company's broader commercial success.
Key Responsibilities: Hospital Engagement: Establish and manage relationships with public and private hospitals, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and achieve product objectives.Commercial & Clinical Support: Contribute to the success of the Commercial Division by providing strong clinical and commercial support across the region.Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed sales targets for new product launches by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This includes conducting sales calls to key specialists, Directors of Pharmacy, Procurement Leads, C-suite executives, and other key decision-makers within the Critical Care and Specialty areas.Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use and support of the company's products.Market Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends by engaging regularly with customers, attending scientific meetings, and participating in industry seminars.Qualifications and Skills: A degree qualification in Science, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.Ideally, 3+ years of commercial/sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within the hospital/specialist channel.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to quickly identify customer trends and develop actionable plans in a dynamic market.Familiarity with the hospital pharmacy and procurement environment.Prior experience in key account management is highly advantageous.Why Apply?
