Hospitably Service Manager Contract

We're looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality leader to join an Aged Care facility located in Adelaide.
As a full-time Hotel Services Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of hospitality services, ensuring residents enjoy exceptional experiences, while maintaining dining, housekeeping, and overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of catering, dining, cleaning, and laundry services.Lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and fostering a service-first culture.Inspire your team to consistently provide exceptional customer service and resident experiences.Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
Additionally, you'll need to have:
