If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our Horticulturist Team leader position As a Horticulturist, you will be responsible for : - Managing a team of two to three staff members and ensuring their performance and productivity - M aintaining high-end residential landscapes in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney - Selecting, sourcing, and planting a variety of plants, flowers, and trees that suit the clients' preferences and the site conditions - Applying your knowledge of horticulture, soil science, irrigation, pest control, and pruning to ensure the health and beauty of the gardens - Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and quality work - Following industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental practices To be eligible for this position, you must have: - A diploma or degree in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field - A minimum of three years of experience in residential landscaping - A portfolio of previous projects that showcase your creativity and expertise - A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle - A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn - A flexible availability from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm The pay rate for this position ranges from $75000 to $80000 plus super , depending on your qualifications and experience.
