The Position:We are currently seeking Horizontal Directional Drillers Offsiders & Trade Assistants to join our WA based teams and offer the following:
Permanently full-time position with an immediate startRewarding hourly rates of pay + penalties for overtime50+ hours per weekPerth metropolitan based with occasional regional workLarge pipeline of work, currently scheduled into 2026Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Horizontal Directional Drillers Offsider:The driller's offsider will work with our drill crew to assist in the installation of underground utility infrastructure. Duties will include:
Driving light & heavy vehiclesConducting daily pre-start vehicle & equipment checksAssisting in the set up & dismantle of siteMaintaining a clean & safe work site including cleaning of the drill rig & equipmentVacuum truck operationsTrade Assistant:The trade assistant will work with our civil construction crew to assist in the installation of underground utility infrastructure. Duties will include:
Driving light & heavy vehiclesConducting daily pre-start vehicle & equipment checksAssisting in the set up & dismantle of siteMaintaining a clean & safe work site including cleaning of equipmentAssisting in the installation of conduit, cable, pits & streetlightsEssential Skills/Requirements:HR driving licenseConstruction Induction (Blue/White Card)A pro-active view to OH&SAbility to read and interpret site plans & DBYD drawingsCollaborate with a diverse range of professionals on-site to achieve project goalsEnsure all work complies with industry standards and client requirementsDesirable Skills:Excavator operator ticketWestern Power Network Access Card (NAC)First Aid & CPRThis is a great opportunity for you to further progress your career as training and development will be provided with opportunities for promotion to various roles throughout the company.
