Customer Service Officer
Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Customer Service Officer, you will be based in Esperance, and responsible for delivering retail and customer services and providing administrative support to the Goldfields Esperance Region.
This is a maternity leave cover from February 2025 - October 2025. The position offers a housing and location allowance. Please note that the remuneration package will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
Your role will include: Undertaking reception duties, including front counter, facilitate guest sign ins and answer incoming calls Providing telephone support for other regions where required Managing customer queries including billing and metering issues and interface with Computershare or refer on where needed Coordinating visitation schedules for the region and provide support for other regions as required Logging office maintenance issues through the correct self-service channels You will have: Demonstrated experience working in a customer service role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Outlook email, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data Our employees enjoy real rewards and recognition including: Working on impressive renewable energy projects across WA Helping to create a connected and thriving WA An extensive rewards and recognition program Access to our award-winning health and wellbeing program Our workplace culture is created through every interaction, every experience and everything we do.
