About You Our business is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional experienced in supporting the running of a business. Part-time (school hours 8:30 am to 3 pm; 4 days a week) or full-time hours will be considered.

The successful candidate will have a history of success in:
High level of experience with accounts payable and receivable. Experience using Xero would be highly valued. Building rapport and relationships as a 'people person' - externally with clients and suppliers and internally enjoys coming to work to have fun with the team whilst getting things done. Workflow management of a busy practice - e.g. helping manage client appointments and waitlists for your teammates. The first point of contact in administration across a wide variety of operational functions. Being a self-driver of your work, and using initiative. Exceptional organisational, written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate 3+ years of experience in a similar role as described below.
The Role The role is based in Warwick and is office-based as it helps ensure the small but vibrant office and team work closely to get everything done! There is genuine flexibility in the working hours to suit your home life.
You will support the Director and the team to be responsible for a wide range of functions such as:
Utilisation of Xero for accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations, and other activities such as:Reconciliation includes EFT, Workcover, Insurance, Private Health and other income means. Banking cash payments. Overseeing payroll, including superannuation payments, leave entitlements and the like. Workflow management for the business, in particular:Coordinating the day-to-day running of the office. Coordinating weekly triage meetings and keeping referral/waitlists up to date. Monthly meeting co-ordinating, agenda/ minute recording. Oversee that the practice and rooms are clean, tidy and accessible. Coordinate team rosters, including annual leave cover, being aware of who is coming and going and making sure people are back from client visitations safely. Arrange locum cover for clinical staff when necessary. CRM management. Day-to-day operational management for the business, in particular:Client management - supporting clinicians with full end-to-end client engagement to ensure an incredible client experience. e.g. support with referrals, bookings, service agreements, invoicing, infection control measures, laundering of towels, and everything in between! Overseeing the building maintenance is attended to by relevant parties. Supplier, consumables, and asset oversight and management. Assist the Director with recruitment, HR and WHS functions. Collaborating with your peers to provide them the support they need to deliver exceptional client care! A wide array of overall office and team support. This role is the glue to the team's success.
