The Role: An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Consumer Peer Support Worker Level 2, Year 1-4 (MP32 - MP35) Part-time ongoing to join the HOPE Program within Northern Health Mental Health Division, located in South Morang.
The Hospital Outreach Post Suicide Program (HOPE) is a multidisciplinary team of Clinicians, Psycho-social Support Workers, Carer/Consumer Peer Support Workers, and Consultant Psychiatrist.
HOPE program collaboratively delivers up to 12 weeks of practical support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the unique social, economic, historical, and environmental factors that have contributed to or continue to contribute to a consumer's suicidality.
