As a Project Administration Lead your focus will be leading a team of Project Administrators responsible for supporting the Project Managers within the Pacific Region. This opportunity can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Project Managers and other professionals in Finance, Sourcing, Contracts, and administration on project execution. Drive regular engagement with Project Management Leaders to identify challenges and address them timely. Attend leadership meetings and address any concerns or provide any necessary updates with regards to process changes. Implement and/or improve standard operating processes and procedures. Define, develop, and drive process improvements and/or productivity improvements through the Kaizen tool. Key Experience & Capabilities: Work experience as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role. Knowledge of Project Management software and SAP. Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation. Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities. Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, and Word. Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
