Established in 2009 by the Principal, Lisa Honeychurch, Honeychurch Workplace Lawyers is a boutique workplace relations firm with an office in Brisbane and the ability to service client's across Queensland and nationally.
Lisa has over 17 years expertise in advising some of Australia's largest employers in relation to all aspects of workplace relations law including corporate restructures, industrial disputation, agreement drafting, wrongful dismissals and workplace health and safety. She also regularly conducts training for clients and assists with preparation of policies and agreements. Lisa represents clients in litigious matters in the AIRC, Anti Discrimination Tribunal, District, Supreme and Federal Courts.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law (double major in Psychology) from the University of Tasmania. She was admitted as a barrister/solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1997, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1999 and a barrister/solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2004. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Melbourne.
