The Digital Experience & eComms Manager will be key in driving data driven analysis, strategies, recommendations and actions to drive a successful online user experience and to impact overall business objectives. You will be part of the Brand, Marketing & CX Division and work on both the delivery of key digital transformational projects as well as managing the current overall website experience.
How you'll make an impact We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Website & E-Commerce Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of our online presence and e-commerce platform.
You will have the opportunity to be responsible for driving the growth of our digital channels, optimizing user experiences, enhancing website functionality, and ensuring seamless online transactions.
Key areas of impact include:
E-Commerce Management: Support a separate project team on a transformational digital initiative to bring to market and own and run with P&L responsibility when live. Develop a plan to manage briefing, production, approvals and testing for core customer 1:1 e-Commerce journeys. Monitor and optimize the customer journey. Website Development & Optimization: Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with the broader marketing initiatives, business needs and market opportunities to drive revenue and customer loyalty. Support with content migration and new content development for new e-Commerce functions. Lead the planning and execution of website updates, improvements, and redesigns. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to boost visibility and engagement. Manage first-party data to refine audience segmentation and optimize CRM and email marketing strategies working with CRM team. Project Management: Manage multiple web and e-commerce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business goals. Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and designers to implement new features, integrations, and enhancements to the website. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends, e-commerce platforms, and best practices. What you'll bring to Honda The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of website management, e-commerce best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
We need a design thinker who can understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and come up with creative and innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate must have experience in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SFCC, Magento), content management systems, and basic HTML/CSS, data analysis, SEO/SEM and marketing expertise.
Your experience & skills will also include:
10+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites and digital platforms. Retail ecommerce experience in leading retailers with a track record of P&L growth. Proven track record of improving website performance, optimizing conversion rates, and growing online sales. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
