We are looking to recruit a permanent part-time Homestay Consultant within the Gold Coast region to join our dynamic and friendly team.
Duties & Responsibilities include: Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with potential homestay hosts, assessing their suitability and enthusiasm.Guide the applicants through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our company policies and procedures.Assist hosts in completing their online profiles and applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Provide feedback to hosts on areas for improvement, offering guidance and support.Be a true ambassador for our company, representing our values of warmth, trust, and connection.Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.Maintain accurate records of host interviews, inspections, and onboarding progress.Communicate effectively with both hosts and internal team members.Applicants are required to possess the following skills & attributes: Essential: Valid Queensland Driver's License with good driving skills.Excellent judgment: You have a keen understanding of our business needs and can make decisions that align with those goals.A genuine people person: You love meeting new people and building relationships.Excellent communication skills: You're a natural communicator, both verbally and in writing.Strong time management: You're organised and efficient, able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.Positive and patient attitude: You approach every interaction with enthusiasm and a willingness to help.Proficient with technology: You're comfortable using computers and online platforms.Experience reading personalities: You have a knack for understanding people's motivations and personalities, and you can use this skill to build rapport and trust.Further requirements: Home office - late model computer + solid internet connection.Applicants will be required to fulfil ALL of the following items to be considered for an interview:
