We're looking for an exceptional SMB Account Executive to join our mission-driven team.
About Us Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks. Placed in General Practice, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics, Lyrebird is saving clinicians on average 2 hours per day and enabling a level of care that was previously impossible.
About The Job As an SMB Account Executive at Lyrebird Health, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in the small and medium-sized clinic segment. You'll own the entire sales process, from engaging with individual practitioners to closing deals with clinic managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Collaborating with an inbound SDR, you'll strategise and convert qualified leads into loyal customers, leveraging Lyrebird's value proposition to address their unique needs. You'll work closely with Marketing to align messaging and refine outreach efforts, and with Customer Success to hand over well-prepared clients for ongoing support. This is a critical role, requiring a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that make a difference.
What You'll Bring to the Table Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in SMB sales, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech, with demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets. Exceptional Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting solutions, negotiating, and building trust with practitioners and clinic managers. Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and maximise impact. Drive and Resilience: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and maintains focus on goals. Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and a knack for leveraging tools to manage pipelines and track performance effectively. A Month at Lyrebird You'll start by diving into Lyrebird Health's mission and product, mastering our tools and CRM processes to confidently navigate the SMB sales pipeline. In your first month, you'll work closely with an inbound SDR to qualify and engage leads, identifying opportunities to convert practitioners and clinics into paying customers. You'll develop a tailored strategy for your territory, outlining key targets, outreach methods, and deal-closing tactics. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships with the Marketing and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and a clear path for onboarding new clients.
