We're looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our mission driven team.
About Us Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks. Placed in General Practice, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics, Lyrebird is saving clinicians on average 2 hours per day and enabling a level of care that was previously impossible.
About The Job As an Enterprise Account Executive at Lyrebird Health, you will drive our growth by owning the full sales cycle for enterprise deals. You'll engage with both individual practitioners and key decision-makers, crafting strategies to maximise adoption across entire groups. Working closely with an Enterprise SDR, you'll form and execute targeted strategies, blending bottom-up engagement with practitioners and top-down approaches with decision-makers. Collaborating closely with Marketing, you'll co-create tailored outreach campaigns and account-based strategies, while aligning with Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions post-sale. This role is pivotal in shaping Lyrebird's presence in the enterprise space, requiring a strategic mindset and the ability to share valuable market insights with Product to refine our offering.
What You'll Bring to the Table Enterprise Sales Expertise: Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles for enterprise clients. Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives (e.g., CEOs, CTOs, COOs). Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry or experience working with medical practitioners, ensuring credibility and alignment with client needs. Technical and Analytical Skills: Expertise in sales frameworks to identify timelines, blockers, deal size, and key stakeholders. Strong organisational skills to maintain detailed records and provide timely updates. Process Orientation: Ability to implement repeatable, process-driven approaches to sales management, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Ownership Mentality: Treat the role as their own business function, operating independently while seeking support only for strategic input or complex challenges. Adaptability and Initiative: Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments with pioneering products, demonstrating a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities. A Month at Lyrebird You will immerse yourself in Lyrebird Health's mission and product from day one, mastering our tools and processes to hit the ground running. You'll dive into the enterprise pipeline, reviewing key opportunities and uncovering potential blockers to progress. Your first month will involve crafting a strategic plan for targeting top enterprise accounts while establishing strong collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and shared success.
