Project Manager – Homelink Realty, Lidcombe – Full time position Salary: $80,000 plus Super About Us: With over 20 years of excellence in real estate, Homelink Realty is committed to delivering quality and client satisfaction. As we expand our portfolio, including off-the-plan projects marketed and sold by Homelink, we are seeking a Project Manager with a strong focus on onsite project management, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure projects are executed efficiently and sustainably.
The Role: As a Project Manager specializing in Monitoring & Evaluation, you'll oversee all aspects of development sites to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. With Homelink's focus on selling and marketing off-the-plan projects, this role requires a proactive leader skilled in analysing site data and providing actionable insights to keep projects aligned with objectives. Your hands-on approach will drive success by tracking progress, managing resources, and resolving onsite issues to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations on development sites, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Develop and implement monitoring, inspection, and evaluation processes to optimise project success and align with off-the-plan market expectations. Track project activities, expenditures, and site progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and schedules. Analyse data from development sites and recommend improvements to project frameworks and impact indicators that enhance marketability for off-the-plan buyers. Provide regular progress reports and feedback to senior management, highlighting opportunities for efficiency gains. Collaborate with on-site teams to identify and address bottlenecks, maintaining smooth project flow in line with off-the-plan project timelines. Requirements: Strong project management background with a focus on on-site development and monitoring. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools.
