About the role Your role is to support people who are experiencing homelessness, and/or at risk of homelessness to explore options for sustainable housing and refer clients to other support services as required. You will provide a wrap-around, community-based service that has a strong focus on transition, recovery and wellness that empowers people and families to build their capacity to self-manage.
Skills & Experience Minimum Certificate IV level qualification within a community development stream with relevant experience or a combination of relevant experience and on-the-job training. Consideration will also be given to applicants who are partially through a Diploma of Community Services or other relevant tertiary education who would like some experience in the social services field.
