Homelessness Support Program Case Manager

About the role Your role is to support people who are experiencing homelessness, and/or at risk of homelessness to explore options for sustainable housing and refer clients to other support services as required. You will provide a wrap-around, community-based service that has a strong focus on transition, recovery and wellness that empowers people and families to build their capacity to self-manage.
Qualifications & Experience A minimum Certificate IV level qualification within a community development stream with relevant experience, or a combination of relevant experience and on the job training is required.We would consider any applicant who is partially through a Diploma of Community Services or other relevant tertiary education who would like some experience in the social services field.Team Culture At GLCH we believe our people are our biggest asset and pride ourselves on a culture that is equitable, encourages open communication and has an emphasis on recognition and career advancement.
