Classification: Health Care Worker – Grade 1 (IN37)
Salary per hour: $28.84 per hour + casual loading + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Casual

Role Description The Home Support Worker provides personalised home care that directly addresses the assessed needs of each individual. To support individuals to maintain independence by delivering person centred care whilst consistently demonstrating empathy in their approach. Support workers will demonstrate strong customer service skills, and up to date knowledge skills in domestic assistance (general house cleaning).
