Position Title: Home Support Worker – Domestic Assistant (cleaner) Classification: Health Care Worker – Grade 1 (IN37) Salary per hour: $28.84 per hour + casual loading + superannuation + generous salary packaging options Employment Type: Casual Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 Role Description The Home Support Worker provides personalised home care that directly addresses the assessed needs of each individual.
To support individuals to maintain independence by delivering person centred care whilst consistently demonstrating empathy in their approach.
Support workers will demonstrate strong customer service skills, and up to date knowledge skills in domestic assistance (general house cleaning).
About you * Current Victorian Driver's License * Experience with working in the health or home care settings.
