The "customer touch point" through all steps of the home buyers building process Permanent full time, Monday - Friday Working across multiple Stockland Halcyon sites – Melbourne wide An exciting and rewarding role to be part of a homebuyer's journey, working closely with them as their "go-to" person for all the touchpoints through the building process, until they become homeowners and settle into community life in a Stockland Halcyon community. About the role Stockland Halcyon is Australia's most awarded creator of lifestyle living communities with more than 2,352 homes across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, and most recently NSW and WA. This role will support Stockland Halcyon's Land Lease Communities (LLC) across Melbourne, with primary location being Stockland Halcyon Evergreen located at Clyde but will include additional communities as and when required. A permanent, full-time role, based on the development site, Monday to Friday, you'll be involved in; Coordinating and facilitating appointments with homebuyers Facilitate home buyer customisation processes (these include interior colour, kitchen and bathroom design, outdoor landscaping) Organising site visits during the build process Providing timely updates to the home buyer throughout the building process and ensuring all database entry and relevant correspondence in accurately recorded in the system Liaise with construction and relevant internal and external parties during the build process as required Collation of accurate documentation required for home buyer approval Attending Open Days, Information Sessions, or Functions as and when required – on these occasions flexibility to be able to work after hours or weekends Organise homeowner handovers at the completion of the build About you To join the Home Specialist team, you'll bring with you; Experience working in or with a building company, building related trade or similar, helping customers directly or indirectly with their building or renovation needs and a genuine interest about the build process, colour, and design aspects Strong customer service-related experience, with the skills and ability to relate and understand customers' needs as well as being empathetic Strong administration skills and proficient computer literacy including use of MS Office Suite Knowledge of and experience in understanding and interpreting of building plans and customisations, would be helpful but is not essential High level of attention to detail and a natural at problem solving and finding the solution or to escalate to find a resolution The flexibility to be able to travel between sites around Melbourne as needed to cover for leave, for other team members (travel will be reimbursed), so your own vehicle and current drivers licence is required The Stockland Proposition Stockland Halcyon is Australia's most awarded creator of lifestyle living communities with more than 2,352 homes across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, and most recently NSW and WA.
