About the role:
Our Home Service Carers provide compassionate and exceptional care, ensuring our customers' comfort and independence in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.
You will make a difference through tasks such as domestic cleaning, personal care, cooking, transport social outings, shopping, home maintenance, and gardening.

To be successful you will need:
A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar) The ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties Empathy and commitment to the care of older people Good interpersonal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain Current Drivers Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
Onboarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment with our three-day Onboarding Program.
Our training is hosted by our internal clinical educators and will cover all things Warrigal.
The essential skills that we cover will set you up for success and ensure our customers have the highest quality care.
