Care Manager - £45k - Deeside
Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Deeside, North Wales
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role: As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our care home, ensuring that it provides a safe, nurturing environment for residents. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential and dementia care, promoting independence, and offering choice to our residents.
Your role will focus on supporting a dedicated team, helping them to understand the unique needs of each resident, and implementing personalized care plans. You will inspire the team to deliver the highest standards of care and lead by example, ensuring that all regulatory standards are met and exceeded.

A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC/CIW ratings.Experience in budget management and financial oversight.Strong people management and team leadership skills.A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).We believe in making a positive difference in the lives of our residents, and in investing in our staff to ensure they grow and thrive professionally.
