As an Aussie Home Loan Sales Associate, you'll work primarily from our thriving Aussie store in Gawler.
In this role, you'll handle inbound enquiries and make outbound contact with leads to see if we can support them along their home loan journey.
Qualifications Key responsibilities of an Aussie Associate: Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key info Provide exceptional experiences for our customers OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: We have full-time and part-time (3 or 4 days per week) roles available.
These positions are well suited to final year university students, recent graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
Our ideal candidate will be located near our Aussie store in Gawler.
To nurture your skills and best position you for growth and a potential future career in broking or finance, you will be based in-store, where you'll gain great exposure to the day to day operations of a mortgage broking business and learn invaluable skills from the experienced franchisee and brokers around you.
While there is an expectation that most shifts will be in-store, upon completion of your training and once prescribed benchmarks are met, you will have the opportunity to discuss hybrid working arrangements.
