The Role
Drive Athena's growth in the residential mortgage market by actively contacting and converting prospective customers through persuasive and solution-driven sales strategies. Identify and understand customers' financial goals, offering tailored lending solutions that meet their needs. Deliver exceptional service while maintaining Athena's passion for customer success and satisfaction. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the application process, ensuring a seamless experience. Identify additional sales opportunities to generate extra business and maximise conversions. Benefit from a monthly commission program that rewards both sales performance and outstanding service. Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in selling home loans over the phone with a track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. Expertise in managing and progressing a pipeline of customers to successful closure. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a strong focus on results. Self-driven, motivated to exceed sales targets, and committed to personal and professional excellence. Strong communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal) that support effective sales interactions. Adaptable, open to learning, and enthusiastic about embracing change. High attention to detail with an ability to balance service and sales in every interaction. Apply a responsible lending mindset by ensuring all loan assessments are conducted with careful consideration of the customer's financial circumstances, needs, and objectives. Benefits & Perks
