Based at our Adelaide head office location, this 12 month fixed term, full time, Home Lending Specialist Role reports to the Team Leader with key responsibilities relating to supporting business growth through workflow efficiencies, quality assurance, 1st time capability, document & loan file management; whilst focussing on helping customers achieve their goals by providing relevant financial solutions.
As the Lending Consultant, you will establish and maintain quality relationships with both internal and external partners and will work with key stakeholders to implement and deliver holistic solutions for customers, and drive growth whilst striving to further develop their lending skillset & acting within the Bank's risk appetite.

To be successful in this role you will have:
