Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for them.
More specifically you will:Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams.Complete first interviews and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions, and submitting applications.Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers.Adhere to the Bank's processes, procedures, and Code of Conduct, including accurately reviewing customers' financial positions, completing security checks, and ensuring applications comply with our obligations.Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coaching your branch colleagues on best practice.We're interested in hearing from people who have:Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment.Demonstrated business development success.A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation.With us, you'll help customers make informed financial decisions to achieve their goals.If this role matches your experience and career goals, apply today!
