You'll bring your:

Extensive experience in customer service or sales High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation Highly developed credit analysis skills Sound understanding of small business offerings Consumer lending experience – this is essential About the role Our vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that. The Home Lending Specialist role develops pipelines of lending leads, and nurtures them throughout their buying journey. You'll use your holistic understanding of your customer's needs and your credit analysis skills to make sound credit decisions for your customers and for the bank.

This position is located at Brighton. The role is full-time. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
