Home Lending Executive - Mobile Do work that matters! Our Home Lending Executives are renowned experts in lending and make our customer's lives easier.
Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building or renovating, you're there to deliver the right solutions at the right time.
You will manage the unique, and at times complex, needs of your customers.
We are: You'll be joining our Mobile Lending Team.
We're always on the go, remotely working and meeting our customers at a time and place that is convenient to them.
Using industry-leading technology, our team provides customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.
You are: Looking for a relationship-based exciting opportunity to build your own brand in the community.
You'll be required to travel frequently to meet your customers and put your solid understanding of our products, processes, and policies to good use by proactively identifying your customers' financial needs. You'll have proof of your strong presence in the local community, be building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong and active referral partner network. As a mobile banker, you'll be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and all checks have been done. The service you provide will be exceptional, giving you the confidence to ask for external referrals from your existing satisfied customers. We're interested in hearing from people who have: A minimum 3 years' experience in residential lending A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships Existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation A strong ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions. Established networks and a passion for business development The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced lending environment. High regard for attention to detail and pride themselves on high performance and the best outcomes for customers. Location: Canberra ACT
