Build relationships - Cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to expand your network and drive business growth. Be Results-Oriented - Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships. What you will bring: Proven experience in home lending with a deep understanding of the market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A self-starter nature who is driven, proactive, and able to work independently. A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
