About the Role Your new role awaits… NAB's Home Lending Executives are experts in their field and are truly passionate about delivering a superior banking experience to our customers – wherever they may be! Trusted relationships are our strength, and whether it's their home, via Zoom, a NAB Branch, a coffee shop or anywhere in between – you will meet with our customers to determine their financial goals and aspirations.
What You'll Be Responsible For Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework. Prospect Relationship Building. Develop relationships with prospects to uncover their needs through effective questioning, and to qualify interest and viability. Skills You'll Need Bounces back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adapts to change.
