As a Home Lending & Broker Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our home loan customers and broker partners.
You'll be guiding them through queries relating to existing home loans and maintenance activities, all while ensuring smooth, efficient communication.
You'll be on the phone and responding to emails—acting as the problem-solving expert and delivering excellent service in every interaction.This is a phone-based role, and you'll be collaborating with a diverse team, building solid relationships with brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, top-tier service at every step of the home loan journey.What Will Your Day Look Like?Customer Service Champion: You'll be answering calls and responding to emails to help with all kinds of home loan enquiries—ensuring that first-call resolution is your goal.Clear Communicator: You'll communicate effectively with both customers and brokers, using your stellar verbal and written skills to make sure everyone's on the same page.Efficiency Expert: Handle a variety of tasks with precision and timeliness while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
You'll keep everything ticking along!Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your knowledge fresh and relevant by staying up to date on industry changes, lending products, and internal processes.Problem-Solving Guru: You'll handle loan maintenance, variations and loan pricing assessments, ensuring that everything gets resolved quickly and smoothly.Team Collaborator: You'll work closely with our customers, brokers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and making sure everyone gets the support they need.What We're Looking For:Previous Call Centre or Banking Experience: Whether you've worked in a call centre (particularly Telco or Banking) or have experience in the banking industry, you'll already know how to manage multiple calls, respond to emails, and solve problems efficiently.
