They support our customers with complex lending needs to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property.As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager in Retail Banking, you'll use your strong market knowledge and deep lending expertise to develop business and manage customer relationships. You'll have on-going, specialised coaching support to advise you and continuously build your lending knowledge. This will help you to understand the specific needs of each customer so you can tailor recommendations and support them through each step of the journey for a seamless experience.You'll also be a customer service role model across your district, mentoring and coaching team members in the branch by consistently delivering our Customer Promises.
