Role location: ANZ Ballarat Branch: 401 Sturt Street, Ballarat VIC 3350 *This role will also provide district support for customers & branches across Western Victoria, between Horsham & Ballarat

To grow in the role and invest in your future, you will build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support.
What will you bring?To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experienceExperience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatoryExceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertiseStrong customer focus and the ability to effectively networkFinancial savvy, with a keen attention to detailAn active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutionsThe ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguityExcellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skillsA proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environmentYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
