About the Role Our high-performing teams of Home and Investment Lending Managers play a critical role in making this happen. They support our customers with complex lending needs to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property.
As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Associate in Retail Banking, you'll use your strong market knowledge and deep lending expertise to develop business and manage customer relationships. You'll have on-going, specialised coaching support to advise you and continuously build your lending knowledge. This will help you to understand the specific needs of each customer so you can tailor recommendations and support them through each step of the journey for a seamless experience.
You'll also be a customer service role model across your district, mentoring and coaching team members in the branch by consistently delivering our Customer Promises. Most importantly, you will be responsible for adhering to ANZ's policies, processes and standards.

Role Location: 1147 Botany Road, Mascot NSW 2020
Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment, Full-time
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:15 pm
What will your day look like? As a Home & Investment Lending Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property Coach customers through each step of the journey Act as a mentor to other members of the branch, coach them, and enjoy inspiring them to provide the best possible customer experience Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customers' experience with ANZ is seamless Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience Significant experience in financial services and attention to detail Experience in being an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to be proactive and work in a collaborative team environment You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
