What will your day look like?
As an ANZ
Home & Investment Lending Manager , your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
To grow in the role and invest in your future, you will build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support. This will provide you with excellent, transferable lending skills that can take you many places within ANZ and across the financial services industry.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong and demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
Ability to leverage trends to identify and manage business development opportunities
Ability to lead strategic initiatives to embed best practice, grow customer relationships and contribute to portfolio growth
Being adept at enhancing the financial wellbeing of Retail customers with complex lending needs
Proficiency in building and maintaining exceptional customer and community relationships, proactively managing customer portfolios to maximize retention.
