Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most.
We offer attractive working hours which is structured as follows:
Week 1 – 7.30am – 3.30pm (West Perth Office based)
Week 2 – 9.00am – 5.00pm (Working from home)
We currently have Full Time, Permanent opportunities available as well as 1 x 9 Month Contract/Secondment.
These positions will commence towards the end of February. On a daily basis you will be contributing by: Managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation Identifying potential recovery action as part of effective claims management Reviewing quotes and authorising repair costs Negotiating on settlements for claims Acting as a technical referral point for internal teams Providing empathy and understanding while handling complex conversations Consistently providing service that exceeds members' expectations What are we looking for?
