About the RoleWe currently have casual positions available for reliable and passionate Home Care Professionals to join our team.
You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.
You'll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.
Responsibilities will include:Variety of shifts available including weekends and active overnightsWorking within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each clientAssisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic dutiesAssisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and supportProviding support with academic, social, or recreational activitiesPreparing food, feeding clients, and assisting with medicationsObserving, caring for, and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the clientResponding to emergency situationsMinimum Requirements:Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Desirable but not essential)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn, develop, and take on new challengesCurrent National Police CheckCurrent First Aid & CPR certificatesCurrent Working with Children/Blue CardDouble COVID Vaccination as per Queensland Government requirementJob Type:Casual
