Our Home Care Workers play a pivotal role in enabling older Australians to maintain their independence and live their life, their way.
We are currently seeking dedicated and caring professionals to join our team providing in-home support in the ACT region.
We are especially excited to hear from experienced Home Care Workers fluent in Mandarin to provide high-quality Personal Care and general support services.

Duties include:
Domestic assistance: General assistance with the upkeep of the home, including meal preparation, shopping, and general cleaning. Social Support: Supporting the client in a social capacity within the home or in a community setting. Transport: Provide transport to CS#1 clients to access the community. Personal care: Provide support with showering, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Communicating with CS#1 Team to ensure clients' support plans reflect their needs by providing progress notes from each shift and escalating any changes in health, wellbeing, or risks of the client. Representing the CS#1 team internally and externally with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders. Respectfully maintaining and upholding our clients' right to dignity, privacy, and choice. Your Benefits This role comes with a competitive wage of $30.61-30.82 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualification) plus an additional 25% casual loading (casual roles only). What you will bring to the team To be considered for these roles, you will hold or be working towards a Certificate 3 in Ageing Support, Individual Support (or approved equivalent) and relevant work experience.
