About Our Home Care Workers Travelling between Bribie Island and Caboolture, you will be joining a dedicated team of hardworking Home Care Workers who provide our clients with essential care and support within their own chosen communities. In this varied and rewarding role you will support our clients by: Helping with cleaning, shopping, meal preparation and other light housework; Assisting with transport to appointments and undertaking personal shopping; Providing personal care including showering, dressing and continence care; Assisting clients with medication (qualified candidates); Support to develop a consumer driven care plan. To be suited to these positions, you will have: Experience in providing excellent customer service; A current driver's licence and fully insured and reliable vehicle for work purposes; Willingness to travel to our clients; Physical capacity to carry out the duties required, including house & manual work; Availability to work flexible hours including weekends; Certificate III in Individual Support (Qualified Candidates).
