We have local employment opportunities available in Mildura, Robinvale, Ouyen, Pinaroo, Murrayville, and surrounding communities. Home Care Worker'splay a vital role in delivering direct personal care and domestic assistance, alongside social support and transport as required for clients.Aformal qualification is required for this role and key responsibilities in this position may include:

Providing personal care including assisting clients with showering, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs Traveling between clients' homes Assisting with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and household chores Observing clients' physical, emotional, and behavioural status, and reporting any observations or concerns Assisting clients with activities that contribute to a clean, tidy, and safe living environment Ensuring clients' clothing and personal belongings are kept safe and well-maintained Assisting clients with activities that contribute to a clean, tidy, and safe living environment Providing social support and transportation services as required Ensuring that clients' rights, cultural, spiritual, and other individual needs are respected in all aspects of care and daily living Providing exceptional customer service by maintaining friendly, supportive, and professional relationships with clients, their relatives, and friends About You You are passionate about your work and are dedicated to improving the lives of our clients by enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices. To be considered for this role, you will need:

A Certificate III/IV or equivalent in Individual Support (Aged or Disability), or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing A current Victorian Driver's Licence A registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or a willingness to obtain them Previous experience in a home care setting or in providing domestic support (desirable) Knowledge of community care and a commitment to maintaining high standards for clients and their families An understanding of client-directed care The ability to thrive in a team environment while also valuing one-on-one interactions Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on theBESTway of life -BelieveExcelSupportTrust The Essentials To be considered for this opportunity you MUST have or be willing to get:
