We have local employment opportunities available in to service Ballarat and surrounding communities.
Home Care Workers play a vital role in delivering direct personal care and domestic assistance, alongside social support and transport as required for clients. A formal qualification is required for this role.
Key responsibilities: Traveling between clients' homes Providing personal care including assisting clients with showering, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs Assisting with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and household chores Observing clients' physical, emotional, and behavioural status, and reporting any observations or concerns Assisting clients with activities that contribute to a clean, tidy, and safe living environment Ensuring clients' clothing and personal belongings are kept safe and well-maintained Providing social support and transportation services as required Ensuring that clients' rights, cultural, spiritual, and other individual needs are respected in all aspects of care and daily living Providing exceptional customer service by maintaining friendly, supportive, and professional relationships with clients and their relatives About you: You are passionate about making a difference in clients' lives, helping them reach their potential while staying in their homes.
