Key ResponsibilitiesBoth roles involve travelling between clients' homes to provide support and care tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
Home Care WorkerProviding personal care, including showering, grooming, and mobility assistanceSupporting clients with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and household choresMonitoring clients' physical, emotional, and behavioural well-being, and reporting concernsProviding social support and transport for appointments or activitiesRespecting clients' rights, choices, and cultural and spiritual needsHome Care Domestic SupportAssisting with domestic tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and general tidyingPreparing light meals and assisting with food storageMaintaining hygiene standards in kitchens and bathroomsProviding social support and transport to appointments or activitiesEnsuring clients' belongings are safe, clean, and well-maintained_____________________________________________________________________
