What is involved in this role?
As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care to enhance the lives of our beloved elderly clients right in the comfort of their homes, all while following their personalised care and support plans.
Your responsibilities span a wide range, from personal care and transportation to social assistance that enables clients to participate in community activities.
You'll also assist our clients with cleaning and cooking tasks, all in alignment with our duty lists, policies, procedures, and, most importantly, our client's preferences.
Providing support to our elderly clients living in the community involves traveling to multiple clients per day and providing varied support in their own homes We understand that life is diverse, just like our shifts.
