Home Care Support Worker - Experienced

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers (65 years old +) to help them live independently & remain within their own homes. Positions available for Experienced Support Workers or recent graduates Permanent Part-Time contracts available offering on average 20-40hours per fortnight  Casual contracts available  Permanent hourly rate of $30.60p/h - $31.38p/h + super Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients  Tumut, Gundagai, Adelong, Talbingo, Tumbarumba, Batlow and surrounding suburbs  Key Requirements: 12 months+ experience and/or completed a Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / completed 1st year of a Nursing degree Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19 Flexibility to work Monday to Friday Day shift roster (7am - 6pm) Live within 15-20km radius to enjoy a convenient commute and support your local community Your New Role: Help At Home:  light cleaning, laundry and meal preparation Customer Awareness:  social interaction, client observation and reporting Client Support:  assisted dressing, supervising daily hygiene and mobility support Social & Wellbeing:  accompany clients to appointments and outings and interaction within the home Transport:  transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings We welcome applicants that have experience and/or qualification as a Disability support worker Community Services care worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Benefits: Roster flexibility Fully supported and paid induction program Additional leave days and leave options Continuous Learning & Development, career opportunities and Employee recognition programs + many more employee benefits Choose a career that is rewarding, in demand and where you can make a genuine difference in people's lives.
