Home Care Support Worker - Experienced

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers (65 years old +) to help them live independently & remain within their own homes.
Permanent Part-Time contracts available offering on average 20-40hours per fortnight + Flex Up shifts Permanent hourly rate ranging from $31.74 p/h - $32.56 p/h + super Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients  2 Service areas available - work in area closest to your home Oberon and surrounding suburbs Bathurst and surrounding suburbs Please note this is not a Disability or Residential Facility/Nursing Home position Key Requirements: Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19 12 months+ experience and/or completed a Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / completed 1st year of a Nursing degree Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm Live within 15-20km radius to enjoy a convenient commute and support your local community Your key duties as an Experienced Carer: Personal Care:  assist customers with activities of daily living tasks based on care plan Domestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general chores around the house Social support:  transportation to appointments & social outings, shopping and providing emotional support and companionship Administration: reporting and progress notes We welcome applicants that have experience and/or qualification as a: Disability support worker Community Services care worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Nurse Benefits: Roster flexibility Fully supported and paid induction program Additional leave days and leave options Discount to Australian unity products & Services + Fitness Passport 14 weeks paid parental leave Continuous Learning & Development, career opportunities and Employee recognition programs + many more employee benefits Choose a career that is rewarding, in demand and where you can make a genuine difference in people's lives.
