The Role: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Home Care Services Coordinator to join our team.
The Home Care Services Coordinator will:
Supervise and coordinate activities of the Home Care Service (HCS) under the guidelines of the Community Home Care Service Program (CHSP) and the Tasmanian Home and Community Care Program (HACC).Provide effective and efficient supervision of human and physical resources of the HCS.Provide support and leadership to HCS staff in delivering care services such as domestic and personal assistance, as well as other services funded by CHSP/HACC.Work with the Primary Health team to help plan, review, and improve services, policies, and business practices.Details of appointment: Permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from January 2025.

Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum.
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2022.Salary Packaging: You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
