Our office is based in Applecross, and we service clients from south of the river and the surrounding areas of Rockingham, Fremantle, Cannington and Vic Park. About the role

Comfort Keepers are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Scheduler to join our scheduling team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high energy and demanding role where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective scheduling of client services with our Community Support Workers. This is a role that involves both weekday and weekend work with a roster covering operational hours of 6am - 6pm. Reporting to the Operations Manager your key responsibilities will be: Managing and coordinating Community Support Worker service delivery.

Supporting clients by responding to their requests and enquiries. Arranging replacement cover for unplanned staff leave and communicating changes to schedules to clients and staff.

Prior experience using scheduling software packages, ideally within Aged Care and disability is essential
