As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory patients.
Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across home care and NDIS clients in South of Perth.
You will:Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.Educate clients and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.You will be provided with support from our home care team who will schedule these appointments and plan an efficient route.Do you have what it takes?We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people.
