Home Care Package and Clinical Support – RN Are you a currently AHPRA Registered Nurse seeking a new role that will utilize all of your hard-earned clinical skills, but with more lifestyle-friendly hours and a positive team environment? This is predominantly an office-based role, but includes the provision of field-based clinical supports as required (usually within office hours).
Free on-site parking and a Company vehicle available.
Part-time position is preferred, but flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right applicant.

Duties and responsibilities include: Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice, ensuring that all services are provided in a caring and respectful way, in accordance with Just Better Care's policies and procedures and all legislative requirements.
Undertake comprehensive customer assessment and planning by assessing, monitoring, reassessing, and reviewing the needs of the customer.
Ensure appropriate information is provided and explained to the customer at all times.
Where applicable, develop strategies which will address the identified needs of the customer in consultation with their representatives where appropriate, in accordance with funding guidelines.
Provide financial oversight and case management services to customers and representatives where required.
About you: Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills.
Proven relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders, as well as good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Comfortable using technology (i.e., computer and mobile device literacy) for accessing rosters & recording customer assessments & documenting feedback.
What you will need: Current Registered Nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Evidence of continued professional development.
Working with Vulnerable People check / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check.
Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Previous experience in the community care or health/aged care sector (preferred).
